Exploring Gold In Australia & Peru Up 490% Ytd

Nubian Resources (TSX.V: NBR) is a precious and base metals exploration company focused on developing their key assets in – Australia & Peru. The company is managed by a team of experienced mining and geological professionals.

In May 2020, Nubian entered into an agreement to acquire and develop the Yandoit gold project in The World’s Best Address for High-Grade Gold - central Victoria, Australia:

  • Yandoit is 70 km southwest of the Fosterville Gold Mine which is owned and operated by Kirkland Lake (TSX: KL. Market cap: $15.28B)
  • The company will immediately start shallow surface drilling to build a mineral resource around current findings
  • Current geological potential indicates typical high-grade gold of about 31 g/t gold over 1 to 2 metres

Nubian also acquired the Fosterville East gold project located in central Victoria, Australia:

  • Fosterville East is 10 km East of the Fosterville Gold Mine which is owned and operated by Kirkland Lake (TSX: KL)
  • Drilling is planned for early 2021
  • Exploration license is located over hanging walls of heathecote fault zone, in an analogous position to the Fosterville Gold Mine

The company also acquired the Mathinna and Lefroy gold projects located in the high-grade Mathinna goldfield, north east of Tasmania:

  • The New Golden Gate Mine had a historical resource of 254,000 oz @ 26g/t gold
  • The Lefroy Goldfield assets had a historical resource of 180,000 oz @ 28g/t gold
  • Drilling is set for 2021, with further development and a feasibility study to be completed

Nubian's Esquilache silver-zinc project is located within the Tintaya porphyry copper belt of southern Peru:

  • High grade veins suggest open pit potential, with a number of untested targets
  • Concept to produce three concentrate products: silver-lead concentrate, silver-zinc concentrate & copper-gold concentrate
  • 1,600 hectare high grade polymetallic (silver, lead, zinc) project with three main mineralized zones - Sepulveda, Creston and Mamacocha and Esquilache Virgen de Chapi prospect a southwest extension of Mamacocha zone
  • 2015 drilling results: 24m of 131 g/t Ag, 0.4 g/t Au including 8.1m of 292 g/t Ag, 0.73g/t Au and 13m of 167g/t Ag

A direct comparable to Nubian’s Australian assets is Fosterville South (TSX.V: FSX) which is exploring high-grade gold in Victoria, Australia. Fosterville South is developing their Lauriston, Providence (tenement application), and Golden Mountain gold projects. The company just spun out their Avoca and Timor gold projects into their Leviathan Gold Finance Ltd. Leviathan completed a $12.9M financing @ 50 cents. Currently Fosterville South is trading at $2.12, with 67.9M shares outstanding, giving it a market capitalization of $144M, and a cash position of $30.35M as of November 2020.

Currently Nubian has 52M shares outstanding, and is trading at $0.34 per share, giving it a market capitalization of $17.94M. The 52 week high/low on the company is $0.69/$0.07 respectively. Nubian recently closed a $4.2M financing @ $0.42 lead by billionaire investor Eric Sprott. The current structure is 23% owned by institutional investors, 33% insider holdings, and 44% held by others.

Martin holds a BSc. Degree in Geology from the University of Ballarat, Australia and an MBA from the University of Toronto.

MARKUS JANSER Chairman

Mr. Janser has 20 years’ of experience as a senior executive and business consultant in private and offshore banking, finance and investment, project management, junior mining and exploration and property development.

CAMPBELL SMYTH Director

Mr. Smyth has extensive experience in investment banking industry in both fund management and capital raising. Former fund manager with Lion Resource Management where he co-managed mining fund portfolios focused on TSX Venture and ASX listed junior resource companies. Mr. Smyth holds a Finance Degree from the University of Western Australia.

MATTHEW ANDREWS Director

Mr. Andrews has extensive experience in the mining industry, focused on managing environmental and sustainability issues. He is current Vice President, Environment for Pan American Silver Corp. DR. SCOTT JOBIN-BEVANS Director

Dr. Jobin-Bevans has 30 years’ experience in mineral exploration, mineral processing, and management and administration, with over 19 years public company experience. Dr. Jobin-Bevans is a registered geoscientist with the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario (APGO) and was President of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) from 2010 to 2012.
